If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Invntd Frsh, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the items for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in unused, unaltered condition and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please note that international returns are the responsibility of the customer.

For exchanges, if the desired product is available, we may issue exchanges within the same 7-day period. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt will also be required for exchanges.

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason without providing justification. The item must be in the same condition as received for the return to be accepted.
